1. "Your 10-day free trial begins the day your AI Receptionist goes live — not when you sign up. No charge until day 11. Setup fee is non-refundable as it covers your custom configuration."

2. After 10 Days

After the 10‑day window:

All payments are non‑refundable

Subscription fees already charged cannot be refunded

You may cancel anytime to stop future billing

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate.

4. How to Request a Refund

Your name

Business name

Email used for subscription

Reason for refund request

We respond within 48 hours.

5. Cancellations

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund.
